The VA Puget Sound Health Care System (VAPSHCS) Center of Education for Interprofessional Collaboration (CoEIPC) is part of a national effort, initiated by the VA Office of Academic Affiliations (OAA), to transform clinical education of primary care providers who deliver patient-centered longitudinal primary care in an interprofessional setting.

The Seattle CoE IPC is one of the five legacy Center of Excellence in Primary Care Education sites and includes interprofessional training of internal medicine residents, nurse practitioner residents, pharmacy residents, psychology fellows and nursing residents.
